Bundeep Singh Rangar
Mr. Singh Rangar has more than 18 years’ combined experience in banking, consultancy, technology and media. He is the Chairman and founder of London-based IndusView, a leading advisory business specializing in business opportunities in India for multinational firms. He was previously Managing Director of Technology Markets at Quartz Capital, a unit of NASDAQ’s largest market maker Knight Securities.
Earlier, Bundeep created the first index of European Internet stocks at Bloomberg L.P, where he also hosted Europe's first daily live TV show on the Internet and technology. He has been a senior advisor to high-growth start-ups such as Skype SA, and multinationals such as India’s largest IT services co. Tata Consultancy Services, UK T-Mobile, U.K.’s top telecom company BT Plc and Europe’s top carmaker Volkswagen AG.
Steve McCann, a seasoned finance professional, brings to the Company more than 30 years experience in finance, acquisitions and international business. In addition, he is well versed with London Stock Exchange’s regulatory and operational requirements.
In 2006, Mr. McCann was appointed CFO of Cubus Lux plc, a British public company with operations in Croatia. Previously he worked for Milliken & Co., the US textile and chemicals company based in Viersen, Germany where he controlled finances of the entire Achter Group with responsibilities for subsidiaries in the UK, Spain, Brazil and Germany. In this role, he became a senior executive in the Milliken hierarchy in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA.
Mr. McCann graduated from the University of Manchester, England, with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
Brij Chadda has extensive board, advisory committee and work experience in both public and private sectors involving board policy and governance, public finance, grant administration and engineering.
He worked for more than 20 years for Ontario government central agencies (Ministry of Finance and the Treasury Board), Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) and the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) in professional and management capacities.
Mr. Chadda set annual budgetary allocations for the MOE and managed the $750 million Ontario government’s municipal water and sewage grants program. In setting resources allocation for the MOE, particular focus was on the ministry's funding for municipal water and sewage infrastructure.
At the OCWA, Mr. Chadda collaborated with the project engineering staff who designed and built large multi-municipality clean water, sewage plants and distribution systems to give them good understanding of the municipal needs and the appropriate water treatment processes, prior to approving financial assistance.
Mr. Chadda recently served as a Director on the Board of Mississauga-Halton LHIN (Local Health Integration Networks) set up by the Ontario government to integrate the provision of health care in this region. During this tenure, he served on the Board's Audit and Finance Committee and the Governance Committee.
He was also a Director and the Chair of the Policy Advisory Committee of the Board of a major community organization in the Peel Region for five years. Mr. Chadda also served on Policy Advisory Committee of Ontario government's Management Board Secretariat.
Mr. Chadda holds an MBA and a Professional Engineer - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has a certificate in Board Governance from University of Toronto. He has been recognised by the Ontario government for twenty-five years of voluntary service.
Martin Bernholtz has spent six years with Laventhol & Horwath in the Litigation and Support and Business Valuation practice and has served as a Director and Officer of various public, private, not for profit and condominium corporations over the last 30 years. Presently, he holds the position of Chief Financial Officer with an integrated real estate developer and property owner. His responsibilities include strategy, intergenerational planning, finance, accounting, taxation and personnel. In this capacity, he has completed approximately $1 billion in financing.
Mr. Bernholtz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University. In addition, he is a Chartered Accountant.
